At Nails By Jenn, I understand that life can get busy, and sometimes plans change. However, I kindly ask that you follow the guidelines below to ensure fairness to all clients and to maintain the quality of service we provide: 1. Cancellation Notice: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. 2. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will result in a charge of 30% of the service cost. 3. No-Shows: No-shows will be charged the full cost of the service. 4. Late Arrivals: If you are more than 15 minutes late, I may need to reschedule your appointment, and a late cancellation fee will apply. 5. Emergency Situations: I understand that emergencies happen. If an emergency arises, please contact me as soon as possible, and I will do my best to accommodate your situation. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to my cancellation policy.
